Family Promise Needs Your Help at
N.J. Marathon Family Fun Races
You are also invited to bring your children to the Family Fun Races or participate yourself. You can download the form here.
Come help the families at Family Promise of Monmouth County (FPMC) by volunteering for the Family Fun Races, part of the N.J. Marathon weekend of events on May 5-May 6, 2012. FPMC will provide 30 volunteers in exchange for financial support from the marathon.
Come out for an exciting day at the Long Branch boardwalk, cheer the runners on, and help Family Promise, too! We’d love to see you and your family there.

When: Saturday, May 5th, 8:00am-11:00am
Where: The Great Lawn (by boardwalk and Ocean Place Resort), Long Branch, NJ
Volunteers will:
- Help with setting up and staffing the food tent.
- Run the various games and staff the prize tables.
- Help with the Family Fun Races - set up/staff the water station, turn runners around in the 3 and 1.2 mile races, hand out medals and help organize the kids’ races.
- Help with take down/clean up.
